Next week, summer camps start at Patel Conservatory!
Kidz Connect (www.kidzconnec.org) is a truly innovative camp/workshop that brings together teens in Florida and Holland for cultural, theatrical exchange. Teens will collaborate via videostreaming and Teen Second Life to develop show based on theme "What's Real." They'll get dance, music, drama, etc. instruction and it only costs what ends up being about $3/hour.
Teens will perform on stage, but their performance will also be shown in Teen Second Life and on the Patel Conservatory's website live.
This is a whole new dimension of theater.
